Musculoskeletal pain is one of the main manifestations joint and spine diseases. Chronic poses an enormous burden for patients, society health care system. Patient with musculoskeletal requires multimodal therapy. Risk factors chronic should be identified using biopsycho social model. Review article presents approaches to treatment pain.
